  • A process to continually circulate subject matter experts, senior managers, and specialists into the relationship to address continual improvement opportunities and ideas.
  • A way to measure client satisfaction at all levels of the organization.
  • Alignment of interests through performance metrics tied to incentives and penalties and a method to continually evolve metrics to our clients’ changing objectives.
  • Accurate accounting and reporting of performance.
